Made butter, patched. Mrs. Rennecker order 1 lb. & Bert took it over. Joe Griffin hauled 61½ bus. coal this afternoon 9¢, hauling charges 4¢ for us. He intends to put Uncle Freds radio in tonite yet. Tiptown have there play tonite “Crickets on Hearth,” is the name of it. Eggs 29¢.

Rose & Berti went out to Henry’s, did the cleaning, fried down bacon & sausage. Uncle Fred & Aunt Mary were here this afternoon had supper here. Seen in the paper Tiptown players having a play “Cricket’s of Hearth” to be on Mon. the 17 & on 19 at Tiptown Hall. Eggs are 30¢ today. Valentines Day, be we didn’t get none. Mrs. Ed Pabst celebrated her birthday ann. last Sat. nite. Red Bud Sewing Circle has a euchre party this afternoon; a play in Hecker School Hall. Regiment of 2.
